Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kilo Delta Limited (“we”) uses personal data on mascaras.co.uk, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

If you email us, we hold your email address and message so we can reply. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) and Google AdSense may use cookies to show and measure adverts. We do not run user accounts and comments are switched off.

Legal basis

Consent for analytics and advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Legitimate interests for replying to emails and keeping the site secure.

Sharing

Google (Analytics and AdSense) and our web host receive data as processors or independent controllers under their own terms. Affiliate partners such as Amazon and retailers on Awin set their own cookies after you click through to their sites, and their privacy policies apply there.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Contact legal@kilodelta.uk.

Retention

Emails are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics.
